Lack of Sleep Makes You Fat

Recent studies indicate that the direct link between sleep deprivation and weight gain. Thus, it became harder to deny the link between cause and effect. The people who search at least seven hours of sleep each night often have less fat than people who do not. Besides the aspect of sleep, there are of course other factors affecting weight in May, such as nutrition, exercise and genes. But sleep is more integral to the process than most people realize. Determine your body shape gradually. The researchers also found that people who get six hours of sleep per night are 27 percent higher risk of obesity than their counterparts from seven to nine hours. In general, sleep less are more prone to obesity. But people who sleep too well that more than 10 hours per night have a higher risk of contracting cancer. So, too long or too short sleep is harmful to our health.
