After losing weight always came back and I will always be heavier than when I started. It is fair to say that I tried everything. You see, I am angry. Atkins Diet Foods

Atkins diet foods are easy to find and available everywhere. There are many varieties of choice, if you choose to pre-low-carb diet or create your own meal. Regardless of how you want to do the Atkins program, there is a solution for you.

You must keep the Atkins food pyramid in mind when the food choices. The Atkins pyramid looks very different from the USDA Food Guide Pyramid. The base of the pyramid is composed of protein sources like eggs, fish, beef, chicken and tofu. On a daily basis, your diet should consist primarily of these foods.
