We all know that diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and heart disease are major causes of mortality in the United States, but the rate of fatal conditions continued to increase. Why so many of us to continue the negative health behavior that cause these disasters? It seems that almost every week on the news, we hear about the widespread, but largely preventable diseases that ravage America. We all know what we must do to live healthier lives and prevent these conditions, we continue the same actions which we have little energy and are in poor health.

Avoid Rapid Blood Glucose Rise
For the effective enforcement of glucose in the blood and any weight loss, you must categorize the food you eat in two: those who have the possibility of blood sugar and those who do not. The foods that belong to the first category is the forbidden foods. In this group are the subgroups of candy and sweeteners, cereals and cereal products, sweet or starchy vegetables, fruit and fruit juices and milk.
Forbidden fruit in candy and sweeteners subgroups with sugar, honey, corn, syrup, fructose, sweets and drinks, sodas and sugar alcohols like maltitol and sorbitol. Although food and beverages, which claim to be sugar-free is not allowed. For dessert avoid foods such as pies, cakes, biscuits, cakes, pastries and powdered artificial sweeteners.

Diabetes and the pH Miracle Diet
Diabetes is the third leading cause of death in the United States. Even more chilling, it is the first leading cause of death for children. The rising rates of obesity in this country have also led to rising rates of type II diabetes (also called adult onset diabetes). Today, one in 12 adults are afflicted with the disease.
